Mom's Macaroni Garden Salad
1 small can of Spam,cubed
1 box of Elbow Macaroni, cooked according to the box
4-5 sliced Radishes
1-2 Green Onions, sliced
3-4 Gherkin midget pickles, sliced
1 medium sized Tomato, cut into bite-sized pieces
¼ of a head of Iceberg Lettuce (sometimes I just use the “bag” lettuce), Torn into bite-size pieces…do not cut lettuce, as it will get brown really fast..
1-3 stalks of Celery, sliced or diced, whatever
1/3 of one Green Pepper
Cut up ingredients, mix with cooked pasta; add seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, parsley flakes and garlic powder).
Mix in mayonnaise until moist enough. Chill in frig for at least an hour or more so flavors will mix.
