SPAM Pie

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. Can Spam
1# can Veg-All( drained )
1/2 c. Shredded cheese
1 c. Evaporated milk
2 eggs ( beaten )
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tea. Salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:

Sauté onions in butter until soft.

Cut up Spam into small chunks

Combine all ingredients and put in large unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 40 min. @ 400 degrees F.
