Romantic Nicollet Island Inn in Minneapolis

We love absolutely everything about the Nicollet Island Inn....it's our hands down favorite romantic Minnesota getaway destination.

To start let me mention the location. It's in Minneapolis and right along the Mississippi River. Thought the Inn is near downtown, it's a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The plush details of this beautiful hotel include stained-glass windows, carved woodwork, antiques and even an antiqe glass-enclosed elevator.

The Nicollet Island Inn’s restaurant is a very romantic setting for dinner for two. They also have live music on weekend nights to serenade you.
